The programme has been created as a video presentation. This means you need to view it via a Broadband connection speed of at least 1 Mbit.

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q’s)

Q) What happens if I do not have a broadband connection this fast?
A) The video will take a while to download and the video may appear 'jerky' during playback. You can ‘pause‘ the video at any stage to allow it to download further before resuming playback.

Q) How do I view the presentation/play, pause etc?
A) On the next page you will see a visual guide to help you.

Q) How long do I have to complete the course?
A) You have 72 hours from the time you first log on to complete the course. After this point your voucher will expire.

Q) What happens if I do not complete the course within 72 hours?
A) Your voucher will need to be reactivated. An administration fee will apply (25% of the voucher cost). Contact now@pdinet.co.uk if you need to do this.

Q) What happens if I am called away during the session. Can I return to the programme?
A) Yes. You will be taken back to the beginning of the section you were viewing when you left the programme.
